Terms and Conditions of Use

The Internet Business Pages (the "Index") is an on-line listing of commercial providers of goods and services. The Internet Business Pages maintains the Index as a service to the Internet community. Use of the Index is subject to the following terms and conditions. LoneWolf Systems and The Internet Business Pages may revise these terms and conditions from time to time.

The entire contents of the Index is copyrighted. Copyrights are owned by The Internet Business Pages and/or its advertisers. You may use and reproduce individual or small selections of listings for personal use, provided that you do not make any charge for such use, and do not collect multiple small selections for the purpose of replicating all or substantial portions of the Index. The Index may be displayed by you to limited numbers of persons provided that you do not charge for such use.

The contents of the pages listed in the index (exclusive of header and footer information) is solely the responsibility of the merchant or other party contracting with The Internet Business Pages for its display. The contents of header and footer information on any page, including hyperlinks to other pages or services, is the responsibility and in the sole control of The Internet Business Pages.

Each user of the Index agrees to look solely to the advertiser offering goods or services, and not The Internet Business Pages, for any warranty, refund, guarantee, or other claim regarding any order or product or service furnished or ordered. The Internet Business Pages does not investigate any of the parties whose sites are listed in the Index, and does not make any guaranty or warranty or assume any liability or responsibility for any such party, nor can The Internet Business Pages assist in complaints by any user of any such party.

The Internet Business Pages will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information on the Index, but ALL USERS AND PERSONS SUBMITTING LISTINGS AGREE THAT ALL USE OF THE INDEX IS AT THEIR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE INTERNET BUSINESS PAGES NOR ANY MERCHANT, INFORMATION OR SERVICE PROVIDER OR OTHER PARTY LISTED ON THE INDEX, NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING THE INDEX, SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE INDEX, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE LISTINGS, OR ANY DEFECTIVE OR DANGEROUS CONDITIONS OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OBTAINED.

This is an offer to provide services, and acceptance is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of these terms and only these terms. This agreement represents the entire agreement between users of and advertisers on Index and The Internet Business Pages and supersedes any and all other communications, prior, contemporaneous or subsequent, and any course of performance or course of dealing, except as modified by a written agreement signed by an authorized official of The Internet Business Pages, or by The Internet Business Pages revising these terms and conditions of use (provided, however, that any such revision shall take effect after the date of such revision).

This agreement shall be in effect from your first use of the Index. The Internet Business Pages reserves the right to deny access to any user, however, the disclaimers and limits of liability above shall survive termination for any reason. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as a contract made and performed in that state.
